Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Ai Media Recover and Cleaner mobile application (the "Service") operated by Walid Aourir ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. Core Functionality and Data Disclaimer
Ai Media Recover and Cleaner provides tools to help you identify, recover, and delete duplicate or large media files on your device.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing the files selected for deletion. Once files are deleted and cleared from your device's "Recently Deleted" folder, they cannot be recovered by our app.
No Warranty
We do not guarantee the recovery of any specific deleted media. The app is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any accidental loss of data, photos, videos, or documents resulting from the use of this app.
3. Premium Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewing premium subscriptions to unlock advanced cleaning and recovery features.
Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal
Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
4. Intellectual Property
The App itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Walid Aourir. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Walid Aourir be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
